FREE Shipping: We are testing this out. As a small home-run business we're willing to cut into our profits and cover shipping if you're willing to place an order and support a real creator and artist. That being said it will be the slowest most economical shipping option. This is only for domestic USA orders. If you want faster shipping there are options you can PAY for. With this promotion we anticipate our order volume to increase and orders may take a little longer to get out. Customers complaining about shipping time will have their order canceled; freeing up space for those who are more patient. 

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: We offer a 14-day return option. Product must be shipped back at the customers expense in unused condition. There is a 25% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your original order amount. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact quack@swoleducks.com to get our return address.
